Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

– Is faulty or not of acceptable quality
– Does not match the description or sample
– Is not fit for its intended purpose

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
We will assess the claim and provide a suitable remedy (refund, repair, or replacement as applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following unless the item is faulty:

– Skincare or beauty products (if opened)
– Earrings or personal wear items
– Sale or clearance items
