We're happy to ship to most countries worldwide. Because we're a small family business, our international shipping is handled on a personal, quote-by-quote basis through Australia Post — which means you get the most accurate postage cost for your exact order, rather than a one-size-fits-all flat rate.
How to Order — Step by Step
Placing an international order with us is easy. Here's exactly how it works:
Browse Our Store
Have a look through our online store and decide what you'd like. Take note of the product names, any size or colour variations, and the quantities you want. You can add items to your cart for reference — but you won't be checking out just yet.
Email Us Your Order Details
Send us an email at sales@megabes.com.au with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your complete delivery address (including country and postcode)
- The items you'd like to order (product names and quantities)
The more detail you include, the faster we can get a quote back to you!
We Calculate Your Postage Quote
We'll check the exact shipping cost with Australia Post based on your order's weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. We always aim to find the most cost-effective option for you. We'll reply with your postage quote within 24 business hours.
Confirm & Pay
Once you're happy with the quote, you pay for your items plus the postage cost via a secure payment link or invoice — whichever is most convenient for you. Payment is processed safely before we begin packing your order.
We Pack & Dispatch
We carefully pack your order and send it on its way via Australia Post. Where tracking is available for your destination, we'll send you the tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey from Perth to your door.
How Long Does International Shipping Take?
Delivery times vary depending on where in the world you're located. As a general guide:
New Zealand & Pacific Islands: Typically 3–10 business days
Asia & Southeast Asia: Typically 5–15 business days
Europe, UK & North America: Typically 10–20 business days

Where Do We Ship?
